Acebido,\u00a0\u00a0directing the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) to cease and desist from implementing Resolution No. 34, Series of 2024, of the LWUA Board of Trustees is NOT FINAL AND EXECUTORY. We are supposed to be in status quo and LWUA is still the rightful authority to take lead in COWD until \u00a0a \u00a0FINAL \u00a0JUDGMENT\u00a0\u00a0is\u00a0\u00a0handed. \u00a0This\u00a0\u00a0intervention\u00a0\u00a0is\u00a0\u00a0a\u00a0\u00a0mandate\u00a0\u00a0of \u00a0the\u00a0\u00a0National Government that we need to fulfill to ensure that Kagay-anons will not again suffer due to the mismanagement and incompetence of Najeal and the set-aside Board.<\/p>\n
